He looked at MoonKit, and gripped her scruff gently, placing her back over to MouseFur and RiddleHawk.

How Rude

Spottedstar no longer felt like playing nice-kitty with this little kit. She glared down at her with cold eyes. "Who said I was talking about you? You're not the handicap- you're the little runt of a traitor to the Clan who first took you on." Her whiskers twitched as she spoke, showing her irritation. "It's your supposed friend that is the handicap on ShadowClan. He's always holding us down." Her eyes flickered back to Dirtfur, full of contempt.

Setting It Down

Spottedstar raised her chin. "How could I? You were always fighting against every little order I gave you, even the simplest ones. You were always in the center of trouble, always the one who started the fights. Especially with this one Clan in particular." Her patched tail lashed out behind her. "We'll be glad to wash our paws of you."

DirtFur looked back at SpottedStar, and just shook his head.

"Fine. I give up. You win."

He muttered.

Moonkit stared at Spottedstar, her eyes solemn. "I never called him a friend. He's just another cat I know. But you, I don't even know what to call you. If I was to call Dirtfur a friend I'd be lying." Her voice wasn't that of a young kit. It was older. Much older.

DirtFur looked at MoonKit, and stepped back.

"Then what would I be? Huh?"

His legs were starting to shake, while tears slowly started to pool and stream down his face.

Moonkit's eyes bored into Dirtfur. "A companion." she said, pausing to lick the long scarlet gashes on her pelt. It seems none of the cats here had been all that gentle with her, all wanting to get her out of the way as quickly as possible.

When MoonKit said that, DirtFur blew that out of proportion. He didn't hear it correctly. Instead, what he heard was;

"A rival."

Don't ask how, because that was quite... unsure, as in, no body would know how.

"H-How! What have I done to you?!"

He spoke, his legs still trembling.

"Almost nothing, but being nice! Ugh!"

He noticed her gashes again, and couldn't help but move closer, trying to lick the wounds. He would probably get smacked, but he didn't care at this point. He has had enough of everything.

Moonkit raised up one paw as a warning, claws out towards the tom. "Keep back, Dirtfur." She said, her voice low but steady. When he got a bit closer she smacked his nose twice with a double hit.

"What did these cats tell you about me? Why are you like this? You enjoyed being with me at ShadowClan!"

His eyes then set ablaze, and stared at Tanglestar.

"They've told me nothing." she snarled back at the tom. "Moonshine told me everything." She spat in his face. Her ears laid back, more out of....being tired than anything. "In my dreams."

See The Light

Sunflash growled from his place beside Tanglestar at the ex-ShadowClan tom's accusation. "We didn't do anything to Moonkit. Maybe she just sees now how foul your Clan is- filled with deserters and loners." The golden tabby crinkled the bridge of his nose in a scoffing manner. It was Moonkit that was making the sense around here.

Tanglestar wasn't really going to let this dirt bag join them, was she? After all he'd done? No, there was no way under Silverpelt that she would ever accept him into their camp. Except maybe as a prisoner.

But at hearing her words, the warrior's ears pricked in interest. Was this the real reason? Had Moonshine told her everything of what this tom had done in the past? But that would have to mean that the starry she-cat had realized that instead of love and forgiveness, she felt hatred for him. Sunflash blinked proudly. It seemed as though his deceased Clanmate had finally seen the truth.

DirtFur looked back at MoonKit, his fur prickling.

"She said she forgave me. She said all those words, but then she suddenly spat with rage! And now is she trying to do that to you as well? I don't understand anymore!"

He squealed, mostly to himself.

"Maybe she FORGAVE you until you killed her sister!" Moonkit hissed at him. She'd lost her tiny temper now.. Why is it Moonshine was so confused? Or did she have a larger plan?

Tanglestar stepped over Moonkit losing her temper. "Moonkit it is your choice would you like for us to take him back to camp. He can be a member or a prisoner but it is up to you since you have found such new disgust for him", she growled towards the darker tom.
