Rainwing listened carefully, eyes widening at the end. Wow, that was extreme...He wasn't sure what he thought of that. Before, he would have loved to be ride of these responsibilities and troubles of being a medicine cat, but he still couldn't be a warrior. And lately, it hadn't been terrible; he had been getting used to it. But would his feelings for Sunpaw go away that easily? For the past moon, she was all he could think about and now being in the same clan...oh boy. He nodded with a sigh. "Nothings ever easy for us is it?" He murmured, almost not expecting an answer.

Dappledfrost smiled with a twinge of sympathy. "If StarClan wanted to make our lives easy, we'd all be fat and lazy kittypets." It was meant to bring a little light into the subject, but she could see him thinking deeply about the matter. Nothing won't ever be easy for you, I'm afraid. StarClan gave you a heavy burden on top of everything else. I just hope... The brown she-cat pushed the thought away. No need to worry over it. She turned back to the conversation. "So is there anything else you want to ask? You look like you have a lot on your mind."

Dappledfrost smiled softly and licked his ear. "It's what I'm here for. Go talk to Riddlehawk, then get some rest. You have a big day tomorrow." She then continued to pad in further into the den, brushing her pelt against his as a sign of comfort before heading toward her own nest. Maybe sleep would provide some much needed answers.
