Rainwing looked right to the apprentice, dead seriousness in his eyes. "If there's any answer to that question, it's because I'm the medicine cat. I've given my life to helping cats, not betraying them. I make sure cats become warriors, not die trying." He said, before putting a paw on his shoulder to stop him from getting up. "It's an effect of the poppyseeds. They ease pain and make your senses a little numb. Helps sleep too, so you shouldn't be walking back." He said, ears twitching as he heard Twitchpaw approaching.

RiddleKit squeaked when he fell off of ShadowPaw, and looked up at them all. He looked down, ears slightly drooping.

"Why do you gotta do that? He just wants to be left alone."

He looked over at ShadowPaw and gave a sly smile, then looked over at RainWing.

"Shut up! Just because I'm a kit, it don't mean that I don't know anythin'!"

"Here are the cobwebs, I got some sticks for Shadowpaw's tail... if you need them, it's pretty mangled looking," Twitchpaw sighed before placed down her supplies. She looked at the kit before smiling, "Thanks for trying to protect my brother, come with me." She picked the kit up by the scruff, "I'll be right back, I want to get him back to camp before he gets hurt." She muttered through the kit's fur before rushing as back to the camp dropping the kit off before turning to head back, "You stay here, you can protect my brother once he gets back." She mewed smiling.

RiddleKit looked over at TwitchPaw, and hissed. He tried to claw her muzzle, but with his small front-legs, he couldn't manage it. When she dropped him though, he arched his back and hissed.

"No! Let me go back! I wanna be his friend!"

He dashed over by TwitchPaw, and wrapped his little legs above the female's paw, her ankle. He probably wouldn't stay that long.

"If you want to be his friend, can you go make a nest for him in the medicine den with lot of soft moss, he's going to need it," Twitchpaw smiled before pulling Riddlekit off before running off, hoping the kit took her advice as she ran back to her mentor hoping that her brother wasn't causing him to many issues.

Shadowpaw looked at the medicine cat, feeling sleepier and sleepier, barely able to stay awake. He didn't like the feeling since he knew he was defenseless even though he wasn't sure the Rainwing would attack him, being a medicine cat and all.

RiddleKit groaned, and went to the Medicine Cat den to make a nest for ShadowPaw. Thing is, RiddleKit was going to go back after her when he was done. It won't be that hard, yet he felt as if he should wait for him to come here.

So, after making the nest for ShadowPaw, he laid right in it, curling up in a ball. He waited there, letting sleep come upon him.

Rainwing nodded to Twitchpaw, watching her go before turning back to Shadowpaw. "Alright, this won't hurt thanks to the poppyseeds. So just lay still and relax so I can fix your tail." He said, taking the cobwebs and splints and moving behind Shadowpaw. He was about to start fixing him up when Skypaw came bounding back.

He carried the bird and the squirrel in his mouth, well, dragged them along. The bird was pretty darn big. He placed them down with a sigh before looking to Rainwing. "Can I do anything to help?" Rainwing nodded. "You can hold the sticks by his tail while I put the cobweb around it." Skypaw nodded, padding over carefully and doing so as Rainwing started to work on Shadowpaw's wound.

Twitchpaw returned to her mentor with more cobwebs, figuring bring more would allow her mentor to not have to worry about running out. "Sorry I took so long, I brought more cobwebs." Twitchpaw saw that they were setting her brother's tail and set the cobwebs down before licking Shadowpaw's head, seeing that he had passed out. She smiled, knowing that he wasn't feeling any pain. "Is there anything I can do?" She looked at her brother wound, wondering if she should start cleaning but she noticed that it would be very cramped and she could possible get in the way of her mentor's work and she didn't want to do that. What should I do, Twitchpaw felt confused and worried since it was her brother that was hurt and she didn't know what to do to help.

Rainwing made short work of Shadowpaw's tail, finishing easily before looking to the two apprentices. "Twitchpaw, you and Skypaw can help by helping me get him back to camp. It'd be best if he was lower to the ground to be safe and you two are smaller than me." He said, nodding to the two of them before stepping back.

Twitchpaw nodded before wiggling her way under her brother, finding that for his small size, he was heavy and hard for her to move, "Mean, how can someone his size weight so much..." Twitchpaw growled before looking at Skypaw, hoping that he would help soon since she was going collapse, her tiredness coming back since she knew her brother was going to get better. Please hurry.... I'm tired enough as is, I don't need to over do it now or I'll pass out.

(Should I have her pass out? Make more problems for the two XDDD)

Ooc: Hahaha, maybe x3 Like...a little before they reach camp?

Skypaw saw Twitchpaw struggling and he quickly helped her out, standing beside her to help support her brother. His appearance was a little deceiving, he was actually stronger than he looked. He moved carefully and slowly in synch with Twitchpaw as Rainwing brought up the rear as they started towards camp.

Twitchpaw fought to keep moving, knowing that her brother had to make it to the camp so that he could be treated without having to worry about moving. She sighed, glad to see that they were close to the camp and hoped that her mentor was going to let her sleep once they where back. She was really fighting to stay awake before was losing fast, hoping that she somehow made it to the camp before she collapsed. Come on, I can't pass out now....

"Hey Twitchpaw....are you okay?" Skypaw looked to the medicine cat apprentice with some curiousity. Not just because she was looking a little worse for wear at the moment but because she was stumbling and moving slowly, causing him to do so as well. They were exactly walking in a straight line anymore...

Twitchpaw twitched her ears before looking at Skypaw, "Yeah... I'll be fine," not noticing the root in front of her, causing her to trip and she couldn't catch herself. She didn't get up, out cold, to tired to move anymore. Shadowpaw falling off Skypaw and hitting the ground, growling before opening his eyes and looking around, "What?" He saw his sister before looking at Skypaw and Rainwing, wondering what happened.

Ooc: Twitch, I'm reading this manga and two of the characters mak me think of Skypaw and Shadowpaw xD

Now, twice in one day, Skypaw found himself sprawled out on the ground, pretty much eating a faceful of dirt. He shook his head to stop the dizziness, coughing out some dirt and standing back up. He looked to Twitchpaw, raising a brow."I don't think she's fine..." Rainwing shook his head, helping pick up his apprentice. "Yes, she's too exhausted to carry him any farther. Can you manage?" He asked through a mouthful of Twitchpaw's scruff. Skypaw looked down to Shadowpaw, then nodded. "I can try..." He carefully got Shadowpaw back onton his shoulder, staggering a little bit at the weight, but managing to hold him up as they kept going.
