The grey tabby she-cat prowled on the edge of Shadowclan's camp, her electric blue eyes watching everyone's movements. She watched a small black tom one with white flecks on his coat. He watched a group of kits playing, with a protective eye. She guessed that he was their older brother but she couldn't be sure. Mintsoul sat down, curling her tail around her paws.

Hazelcloud swallowed the last of her frog, enjoying the strange yet tasty flavors. But it was ruined by the intruding scent of loner. Curious, she rose to her paws and followed her nose. Through the shadows she spotted bright blue eyes watching the kits nearby. "Hello?" She called out.

Mintsoul turned her gaze to Hazelcloud. She flashed her a smile, bright blue eyes rather friendly. Hello. she responded, nodding her head to the she-cat. The black kit looked up from where he was watching the other kits play. Starkit watched carefully as Mintsoul looked at Hazelcloud.

Hazelcloud smiled, but a bit unsure. At least the she-cat seemed friendly enough. "So... Do you know these kits?" she asked, angling her head over to where Starkit and the others were playing. Friendly or not, a strange she-cat watching ShadowClan cats was bound to rise suspicion.

Mintsoul looked over at her. No. she said. But I will soon enough. she cast her a soft smile, blue eyes going back to watching the kits antics. I enjoy watching kits play. They're amusing.

Hazelcloud let out a purr. "They sure are, even though they seem to be quite a pawful at times," she mewed, watching them scurry around. "I'm Hazelcloud by the way. Are planning on joining ShadowClan?"

Mintsoul smiled. That's what I had planned on. So yes. The grey tabby purred, watching Starkit and his siblings. It's always nice to see a kit that's so watchful.

Hazelcloud nodded. "Yes, I think he'll make a fine warrior," she agreed, sitting down and curling her tail around her paws. "ShadowClan most definatly needs them." The tabby thought to herself for a moment, then spoke again. "You know, if you want me to go ahead and bring you to Swiftstar, I could."

RunningPath padded out of the nursery, watching the kits play. She purred, the kits starting to paw at her tail. Her gaze shifted from the kits, to the cats near the edge of camp, her ears flickering, the Loner's mostly on the kits it seemed.

She stood, telling the kits to stay there and play, whilst padding over to the two she-cats.

"Hello, HazelCloud who's your friend?"

Mintsoul nodded to HazelCloud. That would be nice. She smiled at Runningpath. M'name's Mintsoul. I'm the past medicine cat of Bloodclan. But since they passed I was a loner and now I'm going to see if I can stay here. she explained, the grey tabby casting her gaze to the she-cat.

RunningPath blinked, her tail swishing.

"I see.."

She nodded. This she-cat seemed nice enough.

"I accept it, as long as you don't hurt my kits, even if I adopted one of them."

Her ears flickered to the bunch playing.

Hazelcloud smiled. Surely if one other cat in ShadowClan didn't mind a new arrival, then neither would the rest of the Clan. "I don't think that would be a problem. Mintsoul seems to be pretty fond of them, already," she mewed, looking down kindly on the kits as they played.

I've always liked kits. Mintsoul said, flicking her tail.

I'd never dream of hurting them. They're so innocent. She looked at them curiously.

RunningPath smiled.

"I'll send one over."

Her gaze flickered to Starkit.

"Hey Starkit, come here!"

Starkit perked his ears up, looking towards Runningpath. He glanced back at his adopted siblings before padding over, sitting down and tilting his head to the side. Yes?

Mintsoul smiled at the kit, purring happily. My, my. Aren't you a patient little tom?
