He shrugged "I know of a good place to go to if your interested it looks to be a clear night tonight" he mewed looking up at the darkened sky. The sun was close to setting and he did know of an isolated place perfect for watching the stars.

When Darkness Comes

Her yellow eyes flickered up to the sky, colors from purple to crimson streaking across it with the last rays of light. She then looked back at him with curiosity in her gaze. "Oh? And where would that be?" she asked, rolling back onto her belly. The loner did appreciate the darkness of night, when her pelt blended in with the darkness, and only the brown fur on her chest and her yellow eyes showing it the light of the moon.

He smiled "Its in the gorge on a high rock area surrounded by bushes and its isolated so no one will disturb us if we go now we can make it for sunset" he mewed.

"Well, then, what are we waiting around here for?" The dark she-cat rose to her paws and shook her pelt to rid it of the pesky flecks of marsh that clung to her black fur. "It sounds like a great place- isolation is always preferable for me." Kiki quickly licked her paw, then brushed it out her ear to clean it of a piece of moss.
