Alright so we all know some drastic stuff needs to be done to get this place ready for new members. I thought I would post up a checklist of what needs to be done. Now I do not have the time or the willpower to do all of this on my own. However I will help out with a lot of the stuff so dont worry about that. I WILL be on for the next two weeks for sure and maybe off and on after that until school starts in the fall.
Keep in mind I am trying to build up a new staff team so that when I leave for college you guys will be self sustaining. I will be appointing 5 Co-Admins and 5 Mods to work in teams. Put your name in for what position you would like to have but I will not be appointing them until after we are done fixing up the site. To be clear when I say appointing I mean I will be making sure you have the powers you need to do your job. Here is how the teams will break up for the staff. One Co-Admin and One Moderator will be in each team.
All five Admins will work together on site-wide issues and each admin will rotate being the head admin by month. On extreme issues you may contact me for help but you guys should be pretty self sustaining using this system. ALL IC POSITIONS and POLLS will be settled by majority vote. Leader Positions no longer have any power EXCEPT to update your ranks and plot information.
PM me the position and team # you want. All PMs will be confidential until the day I appoint the staff team.
Now moving on to the grand list of what needs to be done. If we all work together it wont seem like as much.

You are in charge of Coding/Skinning. You make sure that the skins are up to date and any coding that needs to be done. - Team 2
You are in charge of all the General and OOC boards. You make sure that these boards are cleared of inactive threads and take care of any issues that happen in those boards. - Team 3
You are in charge of all Riverclan&Thunderclan boards. You make sure that they are clear of inactive threads and take care of any issue that may occur there. - Team 4
You are in charge of all Shadowclan&Windclan boards. You make sure that all boards are clear of inactive threads and take care of any issues that may arise in these boards. - Team 5
You are in charge of the unclaimed territory and the archives. You make sure that your boards are cleared of inactive threads and you also make sure that threads moved to the archives are indeed inactive. Move any active threads back where they came from.

Activity Check- All Side & Main Tables need to be updated
All the boards need to be cleared out to the archives- All High Positions need to be filled
- New plot needs to be thought up
- All staff needs to be filled
- New skin
- Clan Plots need to be updated
- Clan Ranks need to be updated
New money system needs to be put into place- New advertisement.
